Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Magic Jukebox (themagicjukebox.com) is operated by [trading name / legal entity], [geographic address], United Kingdom. Contact: realcastcollective@gmail.com.

2. What you're buying

A personalised song created from the information you give us, delivered as digital content: an MP3 file and a private web page with the lyrics, plus any add-ons you choose (rush delivery, lyric video, printable lyric keepsake PDF, extra version in another style).

How songs are made: Songs are created with AI music tools; our team writes and checks your lyrics. The vocals and music are generated with AI music tools. Songs are not performed or recorded by professional musicians or session singers.

3. Ordering and price

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, at checkout. Your contract with us begins when we confirm your order by email or on the confirmation page.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 24 hours of payment (12 hours with Rush delivery) by emailing a private link. If we miss the promised time for a Rush order, we'll refund the Rush fee. If we can't deliver at all, you'll get a full refund.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because your song is personalised and we start making it immediately, at checkout we ask you to confirm:

“I want my song to be made straight away. I understand it is personalised digital content, so once production starts I lose my 14-day right to cancel. My rights if the song is faulty or not as described are not affected (including one free revision).”

Once you've given that consent and production has started, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies. If you contact us before we begin work, we'll cancel and refund in full.

6. If something's wrong — your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. If your song is faulty or doesn't match what you asked for, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, a price reduction or refund. 7. Your content

You confirm that the information you send us (names, stories, memories) is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. Please don't ask us to include copyrighted lyrics, hateful, defamatory or unlawful content. We may refuse (and refund) any order we reasonably consider inappropriate.

8. Using your song

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to play, download and share your song for personal, non-commercial purposes — including at events and on your personal social media. Commercial use (advertising, resale, uploading to streaming platforms for monetisation) requires our written permission. Rights in AI-generated audio are also subject to the terms of the AI tools we use.

9. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Complaints and law

Please contact us first at realcastcollective@gmail.com — we aim to reply within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of where you live.
